Job Title : Service Leader

Description :

Plan and optimize the staffing needs in the designated area, including route organization, workloads and training.
Supervise and follow-up on the work performed.
Conduct periodic inspections to ensure fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Manage the maintenance portfolio, from the service contract offer to the collection of bad debts, including follow-up actions.
Manage repairs from offer to completion, including the collection of bad debts.
Improve operational efficiency & reliability performance.
Manage the MOD business from offer until order (the Installation function is responsible for supervision, delivery and closing).

Education and Requirements :

Bachelor and above degree with major in ME
5 years EE engineer experience in international company
To fully conversant with all government and local regulations and rules related to the lifts industry.
Have good communication skills and must be fluent in both Mandarin and Taiwanese.
Sound negotiation / marketing sales skills and experience.
