Description :

JOB DESCRIPTION

(1) Hot line -telephone support key provider, being on the "front line" to the SEC / TOR organizations, capturing and providing short term solutions related to the Schindler 5500 NA product line;
(2) Provide direct feedback to the local Offices (Sales, Superintendents and installers in particular) regarding assorted reliability and upgrade activities linked to the Zero Series deployment;
(3) Be a 5500 product specialist for 1st level support, working together with Project Team and the Field;
(4) Data Crunching, analysis, and correlation of all Zero Series breakdowns in the field
(5) Supports the "Situation Room" team on the analysis and report of the monitored portfolio data.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

- "Single entry point" for any question related to the Schindler 5500 NA product line
- Provide clarification and short term solutions to our internal customers (Sales, NI, EI)

Portfolio performance:

- Set and maintain the structures, data channels and resources needed to monitor the portfolio performance
- Monitor and report on activity regarding the MTBC, SW performance and reliability

Other:

- Support the Project implementation and the Schindler 5500 NA program team to achieve our common milestone goals;

Bachelor degree (Engineering)
3+ years field experience and or Engineering experience
NI solid technical and installation skills on traction elevators
400A and 3300 know-how highly preferred
Deep know how on NX or any other last-generation controller
IT experience: Microsoft Office tools (Excel VBA programming a plus)

Special skills:

Ability to interact with the KG organizations at Office level
Ability to organize/structure high volume of field information
Ability to create comprehensive field reports oriented to managerial decisions
Ability to work within a highly dynamic group of people

Other:

Positive, pro-active attitude in front of problems, methodic, logical Mobility to travel domestic and international to support installations (20%) as needed
