Job Title : QA Engineer

Description :

To gather warranty information in the field such as PQR ’s information, result of investigation of warranty part and MMC ’s information about sharing ratio of claim charge back.
To coordinate with PQR team, VQG team, SIP team and PQC team in order to conclude final responsibility.
To cooperate and negotiate with supplier in order to share the responsibility of claim.
To summarize and send the warranty charge back report to supplier by monthly.
To prepare warranty report (payment, EPUS, etc.) by weekly and monthly.
To coordinate with Office of Field Service (OFS) to gather warranty claim information from Thai Domestic claim & dealer improvement claim.
To coordinate with MMC to gather warranty claim information from Export claim.
To request warranty parts from all markets in order to investigate and improvement activity.
To cooperate with supplier and all concerning in order to improve quality of part.
To follow up countermeasure effectiveness after take countermeasure/corrective action.
To follow up and create activity/idea to reduce warranty claim in the market.
To follow up the warranty cost reduction with concern divisions.
To summarize warranty analysis report by monthly.
To take care warranty document in order to follow ISO9001.
To action as ISO14001 and standard of safety.

Qualifications

Male/Female (22 years old up)
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering,
Experience 0-3 years (Automotive industry is a plus).
Able to work under pressure, good team player and good coordination skills.
Good command of written and spoken English with efficiency communication.
Able to work in Laemchabang Industrial Estates, Chonburi province
