Job Title : Call Center (General Manager)

Description :

Initiate&formulate business strategy from corporate business plan and lead functions to create initiatives to ensure the achievement of strategy and objectives.
Build standard operation procedure and ensure the workflow of department run smoothly and efficiently
Establish cost effective, efficient work practices, processes, procedures and quality standards for the call center's support of customer service and quality assurance needs relevant to the business
Analyze all reports (Call Center Performance, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Complain and Case Management) and find strengths and weaknesses to set development project and program
Ensuring full co-operation with Sales, After sales, Technical, Spare parts, Manufacturing and Marketing in order to deliver goals and high customer service levels

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree of higher in any field in Business
Minimum of 5 - 10 years direct experience in inbound call centre and customer service and/or Complaint handling functions
Deep understanding of inbound call center and customer service management through actual experience with senior management level
Strong analytical skills, Logical thinking, leadership, and management skills.
Must be able to multi-task, troubleshoot and thrive in a high paced and highly challenging environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customer service oriented and positive attitude
Good command of English both spoken and written
Knowledge in automotive business is advantage
