1) 5 years of hands on experience on Dynamics CRM 3.0/4.0/011 as Functional Consultant/Business Analyst with adequate customer facing experience.
2) Strong Analytical skills, strong Communication, Assertive, Presentation skills
3) Thorough understanding and knowledge of Sales, Services, Marketing modules of Microsoft Dynamics CRM & the XRM concepts
4) Security Matrix of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
5) Entity Model, Configurations, ability to push and drive the usage of OOB features
6) Should have some experience in Client management, Industries, Creating proof of concepts in CRM, team leadership
7) Creating/maintaining requirements matrix,Functional design.
Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Must Have : Microsoft-Dynamics CRM Functional
Good to Have :
1) Use case modeling and documentation
2) Functional Testing skills
3) Tools like Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint
