Job Title : Marketing Manager
Description :
Delivering 360 degree-integrated campaigns across all business areas
--> Develop & conceptualise generic Content Marketing Solutions for the country.
--> Budget management - Study trends, markets, and specific TG’s viewing pattern of the channel & competition
--> B2B events and ground connect initiatives
--> Driving sales enablement with respect to editorial properties
--> Generate alternate revenue streams to support sales
--> Drive development of the B2B marketing plan by working closely with sales and strategy teams to key messages and strategies
--> Localize global/regional messaging and campaigns for India
--> Development of and execution of trade advertising campaigns
--> Revenue generating ideas of Content Marketing
--> Lead Product & Content Marketing related information at Agency Road Shows
--> Garnering earned media coverage in conjunction with the PR
--> Planning and execution of in-market events including participation in trade shows, conferences and Oath owned events
--> Develop intimate customer and segment knowledge in order to effectively create high impact messaging, promotions and programs
--> Work with Insights to proactively promote trade research, surveys and studies
--> Work with Sales and Strategy to continually improve customer relationships
--> Work with Communications/PR to promote Oath to the trade market
--> Identify, contact and work with various partners and vendors in the region as necessary
--> Develop sales tools including collateral and communications
--> Define key success factors and performance metrics for marketing programs and analyze results accordingly
--> Work with sales to identify, develop and close co-marketing partnerships with agencies brand advertisers to drive monetization
Preferred Qualification
--> Minimum 10-12 years marketing experience with exposure to B2B events, acquiring users & working advertiser briefs in media
--> Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
--> Fluent English
--> Good understanding of the India Internet User Market / Online Media Market
--> Demonstrated success in formulating and executing direct marketing plans and programs, including forecasting, strategies, budget control and tactics
--> In-depth digital marketing experience in order to communicate effectively with all stakeholders within the digital advertising ecosystem
--> Ability to partner the respective functions (HODs) to identify, prioritize and execute sales, marketing and research priorities
--> Ability to work effectively in cross-functional groups, different countries and with a U.S. based headquarters team
--> Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
--> Great communication & presentation skills – with excellent writing skills
--> Dedicated to setting and achieving quantifiable goals for all projects
--> Proactive and results driven
--> A stickler for deadlines and a strong project manager
