Technical and Professional Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities Include
- 1. Continual Improvement Drive, Support Operational Excellence, Drive projects to encourage culture of improvement, innova tion, idea generation and replication of best practices, Drive and mentor projects for continual improvement through various methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma etc., Identify & scope out a simple or semi-complex project based on business requirements/ b enefits, Conversion of opportunities to well defined projects (Project Charter and Registration), Facilitate improvement project for application of tools, methodology, and project timelines and conduct tollgate reviews (Mentoring project execution), Cr eate Project plans for efficient and effective Process improvement management, Lead semi-complex project to successful closures, Bring in new initiatives from industry or from different operations to improve the environment and performance, Leverage te chnology to drive automation & co-ordinate with Lead Developers, Actively lead programs to support value creation for partners through application of Value Stream Mapping, Conduct Lean Six Sigma Trainings at centre as employee skill development.
-2. Opera tional Support, Co-own quality and operation metrics. Proactively provide support to special critical situation to ensure consistent customer delivery, Raise appropriate flags at the right time where things are out of control or there is a delay, Launc h and propagate programs to improve performance of low performing KPIs, groups, LoBs.

Team Management: , Ensure resources availability as per agreed norms, Create and ensure implementation of learning and development plan for team, Achieve Employee s atisfaction and retention targets, Create and participate in Employee engagement and R&R program,Required Qualifications:,Academics: Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline, preferred Commerce,Technical: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Trained & Green Belt Certified from a recognized institute,Domain(s): F&A, S&F and HRO,Advantage: Exposure to VBA Programming, Hands on experience on Statistical Data Analysis using Minitab or other industry software.
Work Experience: 6+ Years of experience,3-4 years of relev ant experience in driving Process Improvement Projects in a large BPO / KPO
Responsibilities :
- Purpose/Essence of the role: Assist in business and strategy planning, Identify problems faced by clients, recommend in creating a proposal, identify g aps and recommend optimum solution, build a deployment plan, ensure quality deliverables.
Below are the roles and responsibilities aligned to the above mentioned role / role designation:
1. Effort Estimation and Proposal Development: Develops a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document, give inputs based on secondary research, and case studies, Give inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise, Conduct Solution and POC workshops, Prepare effort , budgetary requirements.
2. Diagnostic /D iscovery/As Is Assessment: Conduct requirements workshops, understand the AS IS processes/ Current System Study, identify high level process/system changes, Acts as a lead in small engagements, Seeks help from Senior Consultants/Principal consultants in t he practice if assistance is required in performing complex requirements.
3. Solution Evaluation and Recommendation: Arrives at possible solution alternatives that factor in gap resolution, impact on related functional areas, and acceptability of the solu tion to the user community, technical feasibility and efficiency.
4. Architecture/Design /Detailing of processes: Analyze the requirements by demonstrating strong process/solution/ knowledge, understanding of the business/IT scenario, understanding constr aints in implementation and technology, viewing the solution from end to end process perspective with implications in related functional/product areas and arrive at solution alternatives to bridge the gap.
5. Build & Maintain Process Repository: Create an d maintain knowledge repository for issues resolved, encourage team members to add knowledge based on their experience, and assist in building useful documents.
6. Program/Project Management: Performs project management activities in some cases like proje ct plan development and deployment, monitor progress as per plan, resource and task allocation, track project delivery, influence relevant stakeholders; Track project scope, schedule, quality, resource requirements, financials, risk on a periodic basis, t ake corrective measures and communicate to all stake holders as per the communication plan.
7. Quality Management: Understanding of the various quality processes applicable to the projects. If leading a team ensures that the team follows the laid out proc esses. Collects and submits the various quality parameters like review defects, effort, schedule deviation, productivity etc. superior for analysis
