Technical and Professional Requirements :

- Candidate with MCA/BCA/Any Other Technical Qualification Preferred; Good Understanding of client-server architecture., Good Analytical Skills, Go od Written Communication Skills, Good Knowledge in RDBMS Access / SQL / Oracle etc., Knowledge on Dot-Net would be an added advantage,Flexible to work in night shifts.

Responsibilities :
- Purpose/Essence of the role: Create proposals, a ssist in feasibility studies, develop and test technical solutions, impart training to end user on developed technology/solution., Participate in business requirements discussions with the different operations teams, Document business requir ements, VBA (Visual Basics for Applications) - Develop Excel macros, Excel/Access-based VB Script apps, Outlook macros or mainframe macros based on the business requirements, Testing of macros and other tools, Provide support on opera tions floors once tools are deployed, Below are the roles and responsibilities aligned to the above mentioned role / role designation: 1. Diagnostic /Discovery/As Is Assessment: Assist consultants in diagnostic/ feasibility studies, Provide inpu ts on technological feasibility by evaluating multiple options. 2. Architecture/Design /Detailing of processes: Convert functional requirements documentation provided by consultants into technical documents. Assist consultants in creating requirement docu mentation. 3. Development/ Configuration/ (Not Applicable for IMS/EQS consultants): Development of technological solution/ tool/ product. 4. Deployment: Create user documentation. Assist users in using applications through training. 5. Talent Management: Participate in recruitment activities, mentor & groom at least one other Process Analyst. 6. Quality Management: Follow the applicable procedures and processes required for documentation and development. 7. Knowledge Management: Maintain repository of to ols, solutions, case studies etc.; Create library or reusable code.
