Job Title : Process Data Engineer F&E

Description :
Support and execute capital projects CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) build and assurance activities for identified projects across upstream and downstream to help deliver first time right data from project to operations and maintenance.This includes delivery of quality asset data from the project to support the business to transition smoothly to run and maintain. This requires also close cooperation with other FOD units (like Procurement).Execute and support the development of strategies and plans, in conjunction with the business and the process manager for CMMS build projects, as well as assurance and data quality activities in support of projects
Analyzing technical data and documents and processes by working with engineering, maintenance, operations and project team & partners Supporting the continuous improvement of the capital project CMMS build process and related team objectives. In partnership with Process Managers and stakeholders support to identify benefits and their delivery in the use of the Facility and Equipment COE for CMMS builds.

Position description - Purpose
The Group is moving to retain in house Maintenance Management System (MMS) experience and expertise to serve current and future Capital Projects. This was also shown in the decision by OR&A, IMIT and FO Process & Data to set up the MMS Centre Of Excellence (COE) within FO Data, enabling to deliver a serviced data package to Capital Projects. FOD Projects is therefore looking for experienced engineers to join the existing team in this exciting journey. Position description - AccountabilitiesProvide SME support to the project for the detailed activities and deliverables from the CMMS build. This includes supporting Safety Critical Elements and support to develop maintenance strategies and plans, as well as applying group standards associated with the CMMS data.As an FOD project focal, deliver CMMS data right first time from the project to operations and maintenance.Assist the senior Process engineer to track and manage progress, cost and for a capital Project CMMS build dashboard as well as to manage and resolve any capital projects CMMS issues.Provide expertise in the interpretation of asset data from base documents and drawings such as P & IDs and Single line diagrams.Provide liaison and integration with the FOD Procurement organisation in development of the BOM and Material

Master requirements
Network with counterparts and other levels of organization across the capital project space.Understand how information and technical data will be utilized within the site or location.Work with managers and the project specialists to help standardize processes, tools, methods, procedures for capital project CMMS builds.
Support the process manager in developing strategy and plans for a capital project CMMS build.
Capture learnings and best practices from the projects and update the learnings database.
Special Challenges Confidence to work in virtual environment and managing engagement across different levels of stakeholders, including senior project management for day to day project activities.
Includes initiative to identify and help resolve business and technical issues within areas of responsibility Availability and capability to travel and work for periods at the capital project sites, in different countries and cultures.

Strong proficiency in using English for both spoken and written communication, as well as using Office Communicator, Instant Messaging, Video Conferencing, Outlook, etc.

*Dimensions The Capital project CMMS build cost range depends on the dimensions and complexity of the project and can go upto 15 m usd; by retaining this delivery within the Group significant benefits can be made.
