Job Title : Software Engineer - Java / FullStack Developer

Description :

Participate (in a senior/ lead role) on a project team of engineers involved in development of software for Cisco products. Requires use of a strong background in SW design, documentation and implementation, on projects that may include any of the following list of responsibilities: Lead project team on the build of a major SW release, including building the software, coordinating with other departments, and participating in scheduling (from conception to testing). Architect, design and deliver system software after specification of platform requirements. Demonstrate a high degree of originality and innovation in defining product and project level architecture. Significantly influences the design of interfaces between products to ensure interoperability. Resolve design issues. Define new software product features. Develop large portions of software independently and rapidly. Champion new, improved design methodologies

Who You Are
* 7+ years of software engineering experience
* Has successfully implemented Web 2.0 APIs and User Interfaces using REST, Java, JavaScript and REACT
* Understanding TDD, and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
* Experience with UI Technologies/Techniques such as JavaScript, AJAX, HTML 5, CSS 3, Angular JS, React JS, JQuery, Bootstrap, Dojo.

Desired Skills
* Experience with BOSH and XMPP protocols is a plus
* Experience with Open Source Libraries is a plus
* Experience with functional automation, load automation is a plus
* Experience with Code Review and Source Code Management Tools are a plus
* Experience with Scripting Languages such as Jython, Python, TCL, and/or Perl are a plus
* Experience with Linuxbased Operating Systems is a plus
* Experience with current and future generation UI Toolkits
* Experience in a Networking environment or developing ContactCenter Software is a plus
